About Praangan Education Trust
Established as a centre dedicated to Special Education Needs (SEN) in 2012, Praangan was converted into Praangan Education Trust, a Trust registered as a Not-for-profit Centre. Today, it works as a centre of excellence catering to the special education needs of children and also helping the parents and their support group understand the manner in which they should handle these children. The school creates Individualised Education Plans (IEP) for each child and has also acquired a specialised Teaching programme from Scott school, California, USA which is being implemented in a phased manner.

Mission: collaborating closely with schools, and other professionals to foster the teaching and learning of students with additional requisites.

Our Founder & Trustees
Radha Tandon
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the field of Special Education Needs (SEN), Ms. Radha Tandon is an established special educator. Though based out of Baroda, Gujarat, Radha has garnered knowledge, knowhow and certifications from across the globe – In addition to a BA from Jesus & Mary College, Delhi, she has also done a Foundation course on Education of children with disabilities (FCEDE) from BHOJ University. To get a more global view on the subject, she earned a Diploma in Special Educational Needs Support from the Blackford Centre for Special Educational Needs Support, United Kingdom and also has hands-on acquaintance with Current best practices in teaching Special Need children at Scott school, California, USA. A lifelong learner and practitioner of the field, in 2021,she completed an online two-credit course conducted by the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai (TISS) on ‘Mentoring for Teacher Professionals’.
